For agencies, per client book

The AI visibility report your clients pay for

Every client gets their own book: their own prompt set, their own citation gaps, their own report with your logo on the cover. The margin between your cost and your retainer is drawn as arithmetic.

$49 per client book, per month. The shelf below is the real product on seeded data.

The Shelf

Thirty accounts, one morning routine.

This is the shelf a signed-in account opens on: one labelled spine per client, the prompt count inside, the visibility figure in the margin and the billing arithmetic along the foot. The rows below are the same seeded data a new account gets.

Every client gets their own book
Not a filter on a shared dashboard. A book, with its own prompt set, its own cited-page gaps, its own cover and its own report history. Thirty of them read as a shelf, not a scroll.
A drop arrives as a page fix
CiteFix reads the page that got cited instead of your client, then writes the paragraph against your client's own headings. A writer can ship it the same morning.
Your logo on the cover
The report carries your agency's name, your accent rule and your footer note. The share link has no vendor chrome on it at all.
The margin is on the page
Your cost per book, the retainer you bill, and the difference. It is the number the partner asks about, so it sits in the report rather than in a spreadsheet you keep separately.

The Cover

Your logo on the cover, your margin in the middle

This is a client's report, rendered by the same component the app publishes. One column, figures in mono, the arithmetic at the bottom.

The week

Four steps, in this order

Each one ends with something a client can read.

1
Open a book
A client name, a domain, and a vertical prompt template. The template's questions are copied onto the book as it is created, so account eleven takes a minute.
2
Read the run
Each question comes back cited or not cited, with the rank when there is one. The books that moved since the last run are on top of the morning read.
3
Close the gap
CiteFix lists the questions where someone else got cited, widest ask first, and writes the fix against the target page's headings. Mark it done when it ships.
4
Send the issue
The Cover prints one column, your logo on it, the fixes shipped and the margin underneath. Share the link or print it to paper.

Questions

Before you open a book

Can I resell this to my clients?

That is what it is for. The cover takes your logo, your accent rule and your footer note, and the published report has no Direct-Me Reports branding on it. Your cost and your retainer sit side by side so the margin is never a guess.

What does a citation gap actually give me?

The question that was asked, the domain that got cited instead, the page on your client's site that should have been, and a paragraph written against that page's own headings. It reads like an editor's margin note, not generic advice.

How long does onboarding a new client take?

A name, a domain and a vertical template. The template's prompt set is copied onto the new book as it is created, so the eleventh account costs about as much time as the first.

What happens when the model is unavailable?

The gap stays, with its cited domain, its target page and its headings. Only the written paragraph is missing, and the page says so rather than failing. You can still write the fix yourself.

Does the report print?

One column, hand-ruled margin, no sidebar. The share link and the printed page are the same document, so a client who prints it gets what you saw.

Billable by Friday, defensible by Monday.

Open a book, run the prompt set, send the issue with your name on the cover.
