Terms of Service
Last updated: October 6, 2026
These terms are between you and Direct-Me LLC, 13203 SE 172nd Ave, Suite 166 PMB 2030, Happy Valley, OR 97086 ("Direct-Me", "we"). They cover your use of Direct-Me Reports at reports.direct-me.org (the "Service"). By creating an account you agree to them.
1. What the Service does
Direct-Me Reports asks AI assistants - currently Claude, ChatGPT and Perplexity - the questions you put on a client book, records whether the answers name or cite that client, and turns the results into a report you can share. It measures what the assistants said on the day they were asked.
2. No guarantee of results
AI answers change from one day to the next and from one person to the next. We do not control them, and we do not promise that any business will be named, cited or ranked by any assistant, before or after you act on a report. Suggested fixes are suggestions.
3. Plans and billing
- Free plan: one client book, scanned once.
- Paid plan: $49 per client book per month, up to 15 questions per book, scanned about every 30 days. Your subscription is charged for the number of active books; opening or archiving a book adjusts the charge, prorated.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number.
- Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice by email; a change applies from your next billing period.
4. Cancelling and refunds
You can cancel at any time from the billing portal linked in the app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and the Service keeps working until then. Months already started are not refunded, except where the law requires it.
5. Your account and your clients
You are responsible for your account and for having the right to track each business you add. Do not add questions that are unlawful, abusive, or designed to extract harmful content from an AI assistant. We may suspend an account that does.
6. Reports you share
Reports you publish carry your branding. You may share them with your clients. You are responsible for how you describe the results to them.
7. Availability
We aim to keep the Service running but do not promise it will be uninterrupted. A scan may fail when an AI provider is unavailable; a failed answer is reported as failed, never as "not cited".
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, Direct-Me's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits or indirect losses.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will email you about material changes at least 14 days before they take effect.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon.
